Eat healthily. No this isn’t a diet. But my eating habits are terrible & I am well aware of it. So I’m making little rules like no eating meals after 10pm (unless wasted), takeaway never (unless wasted or really baked), McDonald’s only once a month, don’t spend more than £10 on food a week (unless going out for a meal..yes there are exceptions...
